But I’ve also witnessed the limitations of our current economic system, which often prioritizes profits above all else, leaving people and the planet behind.
That’s why, in 2020, I founded a think tank dedicated to exploring the future of work.
I’m passionate about advocating for products that solve real problems and integrating social and ecological outcomes into business models. And my time at The Bosch Group, where I led innovation projects and partnerships between startups and corporate business units, has only deepened my commitment to this cause.
Growing up behind the iron curtains, I learned the value of resilience and resourcefulness in the face of constraints. It’s this background that fuels my drive to empower impact-driven individuals and businesses to create a regenerative and just future for all.
